Vendors remain solely responsible for the products and services they offer through MyDuka Marketplace.

While MyDuka strives to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. Vendors reserve the right to correct pricing errors before completing an order.

8. Payments

Payment methods available on the marketplace may include:

• Mobile Money (including M-Pesa where available)
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Cash on Delivery (where offered)
• Other approved payment methods

Payment availability may vary depending on the vendor and country.

9. Shipping and Delivery

• Vendor location
• Customer location
• Product availability
• Shipping method selected

10. Returns and Refunds

Each vendor may maintain their own return and refund policy.

Customers are encouraged to review these policies before placing an order.

Where disputes arise, MyDuka may assist in facilitating communication between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Communications

By using MyDuka Marketplace, you consent to receiving communications related to your account, orders, marketplace updates, and customer support through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other supported communication channels.

12. Intellectual Property

All MyDuka trademarks, logos, designs, software, and platform content remain the property of MyDuka Marketplace or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

MyDuka may integrate with third-party payment providers, logistics companies, communication platforms, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services beyond our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDuka Marketplace shall not be liable for:

• Delivery delays caused by vendors or logistics providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyDuka Marketplace, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
